After discussing the topic with several other affected people, and reviewing the information LL offers about that, i think we can reduce the whole story to a few points, to make the understanding easier for you:
- Adult Content will forced to be removed on all Mainland. Private Estates (Like Lionheart) are not affected by this.
However, all PUBLIC VISIBLE nudity or explicit content and conduct needs to be removed on private Mature rated Regions as well.As our covenant regulates this very well since the very beginning, we don’t see any changes needed to be done here at Lionheart.
You still may have adult content or conduct within your house or skybox without causing problems at all. Important in sense of our covenant and the new adult policy of LL is, to not show any adult content or conduct publicly. - Search Results: Anyone using adult search terms in their parcel name or description, event description or classifieds may notice a decrease of Traffic. As Linden Labs starts step by step filtering out these contents, normal avatars will not find your parcel anymore in the search, except they are adult verified. For this reason, we suggest everyone to review your parcel descriptions and names, to see if any keyword may be a suspiciously adult one which could cost your ability to be found in search by most avatars.
- Additionally, if you advertise or promote your parcel with adult content or conduct, but your parcel is located on a mature or PG rated sim, you’re risking to be abuse-reported by someone, and LL may force a removal of your contents.
Specification of Adult content or conduct
- Representations of intensely violent acts, whether or not photo-realistic (for example, depicting death, torture, dismemberment or other severe bodily harm)
- Photo-realistic nudity; photo-realistic means that an image either is or cannot be distinguished from a photograph
- Expressly sexually themed content, spaces or activities (whether or not photo-realistic); we will broadly define what is “sexually themed” to include any sexually oriented activities and conduct
