Last week, Lionheart has introduced internally the acquirement of a new software package, in order to improve our service to the customers and a better internal organization.
This bundle consists, amongst others, licenses for Atlassian Jira and Confluence, which will help us to track issues, develop our systems, collect ideas and make improvements on many factors of our service for you. While Jira will mostly used internally, Confluence will provide our customers soon with a better organized knowledgebase to give answers about commonly asked questions.
These measures belong to a series of improvements, which are planned to be released this winter publicly, keeping our service quality as high as our current customers are used to, and prospective customers expect it to be.
