The old underground parking lot, which only allowed a prim cap above it which was the old main entrance and landing point of Ruwart Resort, has been removed completely.
Now our residents and visitors will find a nice public park there, with lot of green spaces, an open air chess game, beach access, and benches which invites you to relax.
